This is the very first set of MacLellan bagpipes! They’re made from Cocobolo with satinwood mounts and silver ferrules with cast bronze rings.
Roddy shinned the silver up so you can see his mker's mark — “RMcL” — and if you look closely in the reflection you can see Roddy and his daughter, Taylor.
Sadly, satinwood is no longer commercial available in the United States.
